Retractable Spring Loaded Guide Pins
The retractable spring loaded guide pins have a wide range of applications. Our pins are made in two main styles: the self-contained pin and the thru pin, both of which are available in a variety of sizes, lengths, and materials that can be seen in many types of heat sealing and plastic sealing packaging equipment.
Self-Contained Pins
The self-contained pin assembly is precision machined to ensure maximum product life. Each assembly consists of a body or housing, made from high quality 2011T3 Aluminum, an internal stainless steel spring, and a pin made from nickel-plated 12L14 steel. The standard pin options range from 7/8″ to 2-1/16″ overall length with a diameter of 3/32″ to 3/16″. For more information please see our specs sheet and price list.
Thru Pins
The thru pin assembly is precision machined and made from high quality materials to ensure maximum product life. Each assembly consists of a body or housing, made from high quality 335 brass with a 10-32 thread x 1/8″ or 3/8″ long, an internal stainless steel spring, and a pin made from nickel-plated 12L14 steel. The standard pins range from 1-1/16″” to 2-1/16″ overall length with a 1/8″ diameter. For more information please see our specs sheet and price list.
Delrin Pins
With the wide variety of possible guide pin applications, it is very important that the Jace Pin line is fully capable of adapting to your specific requirements. Tapered Pins
These assemblies have a 1/4″ taper on the end of the pin.
